Webrat not compatible with selenium-client gem version 1.2.16

I found recently that when using webrat 0.4.4 with the latest version of the "selenium-client" gem, I would get errors when Webrat tried to connect to the RC server.
The errors would be:
Failed to start new browser session, shutdown browser and clear all session data
org.openqa.selenium.server.RemoteCommandException: timed out waiting for window 'null' to appear
This resulted because of an API change in the selenium-client gem in how it take the timeout option.
The master branch of my fork http://github.com/brianjlandau/webrat contains the necessary patch.
