How do you calculate the value of an NFT?

There is no standardized method for determining an NFT's exact value. The last bidder's proposed value usually determines how it is viewed. Nonetheless, the following criteria should be considered when attempting to assess the value of an NFT:
Rarity - The more rare an NFT, the more expensive it may be.
Everyday's The First 5000 Days by Beeple
Utility - exemplifies what the NFT is tokenizing. For example, NFT
land plots on Decentraland.
Interoperability – This is usually used for in-game products.
It is more valuable if a weapon from one game may be utilized in
another.
Buyers choose NFT categories with high trading volume since it
allows them to benefit more readily from a deal.
