Tiny patch for work with Selenium on Windows

RUBY_PLATFORM is "i386-mingw32" under Ruby Installer for Windows.

Actually this is not the only problem on Windows. Besides this detection IP address 0.0.0.0 is used which raises error on Windows. Patch for both fixes is at: http://gist.github.com/584005
