Link#click prepends current path to urls having non-http protocol

We have links like: iCalendar Feed. When attempting to click that, the request is made to "/path/webcal://localhost/calendar.ics". I have submitted a pull request: aiwilliams/webrat at d657a8578eb22, includes tests and a fix.
