assert_redirected_to does not work

assert_redirected_to does not work It asserts error
Expected response to be a <:redirect>, but was
<200>
But a redirection was expected.

ashrafuzzaman, Thanks for the report but I can't really debug this without seeing your controller code, applicable test code, and possibly some logger output for this test.
