No clear error when mongrel_rails isn't present.

Hi,
When webrat is configured to use selenium, if mongrel_rails isn't installed it just hangs. I had to comment out the silencers on line 247 of selenium_session.rb to figure that out.

Thanks for the ticket, Nash. I believe our updated code to boot mongrel has better error reporting, so I'm going to mark this as resolved. If there's still cases where it's not informative enough, please re-open this or open a new ticket and we'll try to get it fixed.
