[PATCH] Sinatra support broken

Session#request_page requires
Session#response to be a method, but Sinatra's test
helpers don't expose it.
In my sinatra branch I fixed it and added an integration test for sinatra to make sure it works fine.
It should apply cleanly on top of brynary's master
(e19b1cc ATM)
