Within doesn't work when using webrat with selenium

I'm not sure if this has already been raised, but currently the within selector method in webrat isn't defined for selenium sessions. It seems to be a known problem, but not very widely discussed (see http://tinyurl.com/yadsm66 for discussion and a patch/solution, and http://gist.github.com/273302 for another derivative fix). It'd be great to see this fixed in the webrat trunk. Thanks
