Plugin architecture for adapters

Have you thought of going for a plugin architecture?
If the api is stable enough, it should be easy to implement. This would make it easier for others to provide adapters.
It would also cement webrat as the de-facto testing interface for web pages.
I'll gladly submit a patch if you'd like me to write it.
