Translations of regular expressions

Create translations for webrat regular expressions, so it can be
used for non-english scenarios (and stakeholders).
Either allow for webrat_xx.rb, where xx is a language code, or
include constants from a i18n bundle inside the webrat.rb file or
something similar?
