update rspec-rails configuration

From comment in rspec-rails.rb:
"rspec should support :type => [:controller, :helper, :view] - but until it does ..."
RSpec has supported this since 1.1.12 (released in January).

Thanks for the patch David. Did this make any tests pass for you under the integration modules? Brynary is the rspec guy so I'll mark this to his attention.
